We don’t always talk through our problems to hear other people’s solutions. Feeling understood is huge.
Yes yes yes. We talk through them to Win, not to collaborate. And the difference there is listening and curiosity.

We often assume advice is the helpful part, when sometimes being properly heard changes more than the advice itself.
Yes! My suspicion is that I think good advice comes from someone who listened first. And the benefit came more from the listening and not the advice.
